Buzz Test Can

I am done with my test can. Here are the pics, if anyone is interested. Poor Buzz! LMAO His surgery went very well tho, and I think it turned out pretty nicely.

This test can will be a "gift bag" for 1 of my DDs and I added a ribbon handle. Can I get feedback on what everyone thinks about the handle?

Oh! And if you don't want to look so that you can be surprised when it comes in the mail, I understand!

Okay all, I have a question about the insert things.
I have these really cute matchbook type notepaper things, do I need to alter them or leave as is?
Same question with the mini composition books. These are also quite cute as is, but I want to do what everyone else is doing. I don't want to disappoint.
And if I do alter, is it just the cover or am I supposed to alter the whole thing?
I'm almost done with the Mickey cans, so once I get this answered I can either work on that or get ready to mail.

Well, I bought some coasters, can't remember the brand name, but the colors REALLY go well with the Buzz theme. I plan on punching holes in them and then connecting them with blue ribbon and that's it. Maybe a few Buzz stickers but I'm not doing much with them. Especially since they are really small, LOL. If this isn't ok, someone please let me know.

I'm sure if the items match and look super cute that would be ok, but I suppose you need to hear from havencruiser. I made an tag album out of paint chips that I got when I got my cans. I embellished each page with the leftover Ariel stickers. I also used ribbon and beads to tie it all together. The colors match the outside.

I used some of my leftover paper for mine, and added some pooh bear stamps on the inside pages, just to help it match my cans. Nothing complicated.

Okay, than it looks like these aren't going in the mail until Friday. My items are totally cute, but look NOTHING like my cans. Guess I'll be using up that scrap paper I'm so reluctant to throw away.

PS - I'm making two pirate cans to use up the extra material from my pirate swap, and help with the variety of swapping, so if you want to stake a claim. One will be kinda treasure themed and one very antique nautical.

I'm still plugging away. Hopefully have them in the mail by next Monday. I'm so awful, I keep changing my mind! I think my HD thinks I'm crazy! LOL

I thought the ribbon handle was kinda cute, but I'm not in your group. So I guess you should do what you think looks best.

Okay, I got all the cans done, all the inserts done, and I have everything packed tight into two big boxes. Course I forgot to put made by labels on them and I forgot all about the keys. I know we said they were optional, so if you prefer not have mine make sure you let our hostess know when you give her your wish lists.
