Just thought I'd throw this out there......

For anyone reserving room only and not on some other kind of discount, I would suggest checking the AAA rates. We're going to the Poly for a few nights in August and I was able to get 15% off the room only rate. Not bad - saved over $260 on a three night GV CL room! Even if you don't already belong to AAA, it might be worth it to join to get the discount.

I know you can ship to the resort, we plan on shipping some diapers and stuff over when we go in Sept.

How hard is it to ship something back. Can you arrange a pickup at the POLY or do you have to go somewhere else to ship ?

We don't have a car and don't plan on going to any hotels off the monorail.

Not hard at all. There is a "concierge" located in the front of the GCH. Simply queue up and request shipment for the items you need sent. They will charge your room for any costs of shipping home.
