The fridge is stationed at the All Star resorts...you would have to pick it up from one of them and then delivery it back to one of them. If you have a car this won't be so bad but without a car I don't recommend it.

We have had major problems with fridges being lost by Pop Luggage Services so the fridge absolutely must no enter Pop luggage services.

Let me know if you're able to pick the fridge up and deliver it back to an All Star resort...

You could...I have no idea how much it would cost though.

Did you check the Pop swaps for availability? There are several of them still running. If any are open it'd save you the time and money for the taxi rides.

Just remember to make sure that you have the full name of the Fridge Swap so that you can verify that you receive the correct fridge.

I am positive that is why fridge swaps keeping having problem. If the people using it don't know the correct swap name, they won't realize when they have been given someone else's fridge - then it just snowballs from there.

Sorry if this is a silly question but being new to this, I would think to label it, "Free AllStars Values Fridge Swap" followed by the name & info you have for the person following you - then leaving the fridge with the ASsports baggage claim (or music/movies if agreed upon with the next person)?

Can someone post what the correct "full name of the fridge swap is?"

You got it right!

It seems that some of the fridge swaps are not identified properly so fridges get mixed up.

Our fridge has the swap name on it. It is important the person picking up the fridge knows the name so that they are not given another swaps fridge.

It seems that sometimes fridges are just given out without verification. This causes a big headache for the person who is trying to track down the fridge.

As they say.........an ounce of prevention............

Bear with me as I act clueless here

How is this "Free Values Fridge Swap" identified differently from the other values fridge swap - there is another on this board somewhere. Is it strictly due to having the name of the person following you?

I looked through the thread & didn't see a picture of this swap's fridge but I did read someone inadvertly wrote on the fridge in permanent marker - is that the distinction? (I know the other swap uses a white fridge & not sure what this one looks like) Thanks!

P.S. I looked on the sticky page & found the other fridge swap calls itself "Free Fall Into All Stars fridge swap" compared to this being "Free Values Fridge Swap Home All Stars Sports" Are these the names to keep them separate? Those names run together in my mind since they are closely named so I've now got the Heffalumps song "Beware" running in my head

Just got back a short while ago.

The fridge is in good hands. We found it. It is with our friends at the moment. They will be dropping it off on Sunday.

There was nothing in the fridge when we picked it up. We gave our friends a container of wipes to add but didn't have any markers or index cards.

I made 3 signs with "FREE VALUE FRIDGE SWAP" that they will tape to the fridge. They will also tape on a sheet protecter where the next users can just insert the name of the person who will receive the fridge after them.

Donna, I tried to call you to let you know that we found the fridge but I must have jotted down your number incorrectly. Sorry about that.

When our friends get back, I will pm the next person on the list to give them the ticket number.

It certainly helps being able to use the fridge.

The white signs are on bright colored construction paper and plastified. They were well taped on three sides of the fridge. Hopefully the signs are still there.
