All Star Construction?

Hi,

We stayed at the ASM for a quick overnight in January and I noticed all the All Star resorts had a tarp over the front entrance. Anyone know what is being changed?

I believe they were refacing the letters. The big letters that spell out ALL STAR (movie, music, sports). When I was there in Nov 03, they were started to do that. They had the ALL covered with big walls and tarps.
If thats not what they were doing I had heard that they were going to improve the gift shop doorway. Could you still go in the automatic sliding doors? Was the tarp over the area of the doors directly into gift shop?

Anyone have any other info?

Hi, Lori,

Yes, you could still enter and exit through the sliding glass doors, although you had to make an immediate left or right because the of the construction fences that they had erected. The gift shop doors were still functioning also.

Maybe it was just the lettering being resurfaced.

We were at AllStarMu in Dec and I thought someone said they were reconfiguring the bus stop area. Don't know for sure though.
