So no sooner do I promise to rent points to some nice folks a few towns away from me, than my Mom decides she wants to send my sweet but mentally handicapped Aunt (Down syndrome and doing well at 65! imagine that!) to WDW along with her wonderful personal care attendant. Auntie's attendant has always wanted to go to WDW, but could never afford it on her own; my Mom & I want to really treat her right, so planning 5 weeknights at a DVC resort. Now I would have had the points available, but I have promised to rent them, and a promise is a promise, so here I am.
I am looking up to 70 pts, transferred into my account, good for May of this year. Since we're well inside the 7 month window, any home resort will do. $10 would be fine. Pls PM me if you have the points to spare.
Thx

Well, we broke down and bought some more points in an add-on. Got all the dates for Auntie, plus we get to use the VB pts for another, what is it, 38 years. Yeah, it's a high maintenence fee, but after they take off $10 a point ($15 if you sell back 1st yr's pts, phooey), the break-even is still 6-7 years for cash purchase, and that's after maintenence fees. Thx anyway.
