ALL questions about staying in a house off site

thanks so much for this thread. I was looking on vrbo yesterday for houses to rent and 1000's showed up! Which areas do you like that are close to Disney?? We need at least 4 bedrooms.
TIA

I would stay at Paradise Palms anytime. It is a new resort style gated community with lots of amenities and brand new homes.

Always consider the final and total price of the rent when comparing different options. There are some owners that charge cleaning fees, booking fees, credit card fees and more. Those extra costs can significantly impact daily rates specially for short stays.

Take a look at a few posts back where I wrote about my experience.

OP: Previous posters have given you great advice!
As a family who have rented home vacation rentals all over, it is the very best bang for your buck!

We have never gotten burned using these tips:
-Check the reviews, added fees and amenities listed carefully.
-Prioritize what is important to you.
For example: We must have a pool, but it needs to have privacy...it is just not as fun when it is overlooked by every house next to you and behind you...
Some homes fence just the pool, some the entire backyard, it hasn't costed anymore than others within view of 20 other pools.
-Make a list of questions you have before you call or email the owner/management company.
-Do a bedbug check first thing upon arrival, very easy and quick.

You will love having your privacy, full kitchen, multiple entertainment areas, bedrooms and bathrooms!
