The best advise I can give, no matter what camera you use;
Try to keep as steady as possible - even lean against something or set the camera on something (railing, trashcan, etc.). Stay steady through the shot.
Learn a few basics about composition such as the "rule of thirds" and avoid "slanted horizons" (I used to be very guilty of that).
Find and use good light. Don't be afraid of using the flash (except on dark rides). Even on a sunny day, a flash can fill in needed light especially if you are shooting into the sun.
Experiment. Have fun and experiment with the camera. Slowly learn the different modes and move away from Auto setting.
Having said all that, I'm enjoying all your photos and your glimpses into my favorite place on Earth!
