Geeze! I went camping over the weekend and really got behind on this thread! Unluckily (or luckily, depending on your POV) I slipped on ice and tore up my ankle, giving me a chance to enjoy the pics while I recuperate!

Thanks! I hadn't taken any pictures of Illuminations that I was happy with either, until I discovered that the secret is in using the islands and trees.

Thank you! We were sitting way over on the side this time, so we didn't have any good lighting on the water floats as they went by. So I improvised with what I had and got one that worked.

crzyred - amazing hippo shot. It's almost spooky...

crzyred, I love this shot of the hippo... but I don't get it. How'd you get them to let you in the water... and the hippos weren't bothered??
