To free the Genie!!!! What a guy.
Cute update! I love the Agrabah area of Adventureland. So lovely.
I like the atmosphere around Adventureland when it's bright and sunny and hot. It seems very jungle-y. I like Tomorrowland better at night when all of the lights are on.
It is so nice that Bella is an early riser and that you can have some time together
I love the pictures from the carpets. I have never been on them

I think I send DH so that I can get a Dole Whip and enjoy it without having to share
She wakes up smiling, for the most part, and she's ready to go within minutes. That's how I am. Brooklynn likes to be slowly awakened and patted and rubbed on as she greets the day. She used to be a real pain to get up and get dressed for a rope drop, but now we know just to start earlier and let her wake up slower and she does just fine.
You need to take a zoom on a carpet at least once. You can spring for two Dole Whips afterward.
Wow, I can honestly say I've never even seen that shop! There are so many things that even us Disney dorks haven't seen yet...great reasons to keep going back
And with all of the new expansion, they'll have us coming back over and over again for many years. For life, even!
Two updates behind...
First, those pictures of Bella need to go in frames!!!
I saw a lime green Dumbo (a personal friend of mine.)
I love the wack a mole reference...that is like our school with headphones and cell phones...UGH.
Speaking of jumping from one topic to another, I asked my AP students to list everything they've learned on one side of a paper and all of the things they still need practice with on the other. When they shared out, the first response was "Everything leads back to Disney." I think I've taught them well
(My tenth graders believe that I taught them that money is the root of all evil...(Poem by Sanburg with Steinbeck's The Pearl) - Honesty, I love those kids! It's okay, though, next year the Disney lesson.
Thanks for the visit to Adventureland. Your first picture has such great clarity!
My second-graders get a kick out of my Disney love. Any time kids from other classes come in for any reason - to bring a note or deliver something or whatever - I see them looking around the room at all of the Nemo stuff. Some say something, some grin, and some are too afraid to mention it, I guess. Teachers aren't supposed to like kid things, are they???
Enjoyed the stroll through Adventureland!
I've never visited Stitch in his TomorrowLand home. I saw Alien Encounter when it was in the same location, and that was enough for me!
You haven't missed anything. When the strapped in part ended, I thought it was the pre-show and we were then going into the real part. I was so wrong.

I think they will do something fun there eventually. Stitch, as it is now, can't go on forever. Hopefully.
I like the new/ old show. It is not exactly the original but I like the tikis and the storm.
I would love something with the Incredibles.
I need to find that sign. never seen it.
I WANT THAT BAG.
I have been looking for clips like that.
He freed the genie right? I love Robin Williams in that movie.
You brought te funny this time.
I spent time there in Oct but obviously not in Dec. Putting it on the list for July for sure.
I hadn't thought about The Incredibles. That could be a possibility. I thought maybe they'd put a Monsters, Inc. ride, as it was rumored at one time, but I have no idea about the available space there. I like the Lilo and Stitch theme just fine, and if they wanted to stay with Stitch, maybe they could make some kind of Hawaiian/surfing some kind of attraction. I don't know that that would fit into a Tomorrowland theme. It's anybody's guess what it will be and when it will change, but we'll keep our ears open for the rumors.
MeMom, you need to take your comedy act on the road!
You my dear are a hoot!
How well does it pay, and how many Disney trips a year can I get out of it. That's all that matters.
Those skirts are the cutest things. I sure wish they had been out earlier than this year... I am sure we would have had one or two

!
Those skirts are cute. The girls are getting skirts to wear for Bella's birthday. Bella is getting Ariel, and Brooklynn chose Jasmine.
I can't believe I'm leaving on Friday!!! 48 hours from now, I'll (hopefully) be asleep since I have to wake up at about 3:30 AM. This time tomorrow, my mom will be on vacation. She's taking the day off on Thursday to take care of last minute stuff for my grandma. Unfortunately, I'll have to go to school. I was planning on skipping but I ended up doing that last Thursday...so it's my own fault Oh well, I'll be so excited it probably won't even bother me. I have one more midterm tomorrow. Thursday I just have to sit through my two classes. I'll be there physically but my brain will probably already be in Disney
I can't wait to get a break from school. I've had sooo much work the last week and a half. I'll be busy after we get back from Disney too. I have a take-home test due March 20, a psych test March 22, and I think something else I'm forgetting...but I'm not worrying about any of that until we get home. I made my mom promise not to let me think about school work while we're there
I'm glad I've already started a Disney packing pile. If I had to get everything together Thursday night I'd never get it done! I don't even get home from school until after 4:30 depending on traffic. Luckily I was smart and made my packing list weeks ago. I actually made it for the January trip that never happened, and I've had it since then

I had a horrifying dream this week that I forgot to pack my camera
It's almost time!
It's almost time!
I may be a
little excited for you!
No thinking of school. The closest thing you will get to school is sending me pictures while I am at mine.

You will bring me smiles and make things much nicer for my whole class. When I am happy, they are happy. When they are happy, they are nicer to the rest of the school, so everyone is happy. See how important your trip is to so many people???
