it was a good shake and rattle...biggest I have felt in my 30 years of living out here. Where does your mom live in SanDiego? I live in La Mesa. If ya scroll down in the article of the link that I posted...they have 16 videos...first one and some others are from SanDiego of folks that had their video cameras on at the time do to some reason or another.

My mom lives in Clairemont near 805 & Balboa. It's too late to call her so I'll try tomorrow. I'm sure she's ok because my brother who lives in town checks up on her daily. Wow that sounds like a big one @ 7.2. Even read where some guests were stuck in the elevator at the Disneyland Hotel. Also read where people all the way in Phoenix felt the earthquake. That's pretty far away from the epicenter. Glad you're ok.

sure she's fine. We for the most part just had a good rollling shake...not a jolt. Sounded like a train coming towards than passing through my house...or like a big wind storm sound that shakes your house than passes through. It's a very odd feeling.

Glad to hear everyone is safe, I was chatting with my cousin, who lives in San Diego, at the time of the Quake. She said it was the biggest she had felt as well, and no time to move or get outside. So good thing there was not alot of damage. Hope everyone is having a good week!

Glad to hear everyone is safe, I was chatting with my cousin, who lives in San Diego, at the time of the Quake. She said it was the biggest she had felt as well, and no time to move or get outside. So good thing there was not alot of damage. Hope everyone is having a good week!

I called my mom yesterday just to check on her. She said she didn't think the quake was that bad, just maybe a little longer than normal. She does have some ongoing "mobility & memory issues" so that is why I was worried about her. She sounded fine, which is a big relief.

CRAZY, glad to hear that everyone made it through ok, I talked with some coworkers and they said it wasn't that bad (being a midwest girl and never having experienced an earth quake, I am not sure what that means ). Hope that everyone had a great Easter!

I wish you both the warmer weather! For the month of March we had 15 inches of rain, 3 "50 year" storms with 5 inches each in a day! Now we are hitting 90 in April ???

It's a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas. I've been on The Magic before but this will be my first time on The Wonder. Our teens have been trying my patience and I need a short time out.
