Alamo Rate Code ?

Does anyone know where Rate Code BYW3 comes from? I used it on my reservation awhile ago, and realized that I didn't write down where it came from. Don't want any surprises at the counter!!!

I used the walmart code (430710 and BY) and when I looked at my ressie, it does say BYW3. I used this code during our February trip and it was not a problem. I also used the online coupon code too. I guess typing in the BY, the reservation puts in more numbers....maybe the W means walmart. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I bet you got a great rate too like we did. I have a 13 day reservation, mid-size SUV and am paying $228 total, includes taxes and fees!! My daughter got a mid-size SUV for 1 week and paying $106 total, including taxes and fees!

We have a 15 day rental plus 7 hours for $314 total for a full-size SUV. I couldn't get it below $365 and then finally on Saturday morning the rate dropped again!

I used them in February and didn't need anything. I believe they are located on mousesavers.com and are listed as public codes. Mary would let you know if you could not use them. They are bringing very good results in terms of rates. Also check the "hot deals" section of Alamo as there may be an online coupon discount you can also add to reduce your price.
