AKV Std Studio on 4 months notice?

Is there a chance that I can call MS in the beginning of November and get a standard studio at AKV (Jambo) for 5 nights in the beginning of March? My second choice is a studio at OKW for the same timeframe. I assume that the OKW should be easier to get, but I'd really rather have the AKV. We still have to pass ROFR, but hopefully we'll be owners and in the system by November. We've never travelled in March before so I am wondering how busy it is.

I think your chances are good. The heavier spring break crowds will arrive several weeks later. I spoke w/ MS a day or two ago and there were plenty of rooms avail. at AKV in early Mar.. I think the only category not avail. for my dates were concierge studios and 2-BR's (1 BR concierge WAS avail.). I'm guessing that people who REALLY wanted to switch to AKV at the 7 mo. window for early Mar. have already done so. It's all speculation, but thats my best guess!
