Akl & The Travel Channel

Just an FYI, the Travel Channel is featuring AKL next Monday 12/16 @ 5:00 pm. I'm very excited....hopefully it will put me at ease w/ my decision to stay there. My DH wants to return to WL so if it is the wrong decision I'll never hear the end of it. Maybe it will put an end to all my questions too. I plan on making it family night and we are all going to watch it!!

You WON'T regret going to AKL. It's amazing.

My only concern before we went this past May was bus service. Absolutely not a problem. Minimal waits and no sharing with other resorts or stops!

If I can answer any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

And if the Travel Channel show on AKL is the same one I've seen before, it will give you a nice idea of what to expect, but it will make the wait that much harder to bear.

The AKL is great. It is a quite relaxing resort with great bus transportation. The CM were also some of the best we have encountered. Most are from African countries and love to share information about their home countries with you. Walking the different trails of the resorts to find the hidden animal viewing spots and looking at all of the African art that is not only in the lobby but through out the trails of the resort is a great way to spend some time.
