In fairness, Diana, it's the Sunrise I know well - have only done the Sunset once!

Laura, I totally see you and Marco on that Safari! YES! That would be an awesome gift to find under the tree!

And, I know it's not Friday, but this is a really SAD picture of the glorious ZDs. If you've been reading my TR you will know that DH and I were sick during a good portion of our trip - there was noooooo possible way I would have been able to eat ZDs with the stomach ordeal I had. So, sadly, I just snapped this pic:

And I felt REALLY silly opening the cooler case at the Mara and taking a picture of the ZDs and then leaving! But it was worth it!

Oh and it is only 45 days until I arrive at WDW, our final payment is due today!! (not on the payment, but on the 45 days)

I was so tempted to switch our reservation to AKL as a pool view room finally became available... But then - when will I ever be able to stay at the Poly at a price that is not outrageous??? Got to take that chance!!

And we already have a dinner reservation at Boma. I am also thinking about changing our one "big" breakfast to Boma from 1900 Park Fare... Anyone of you ever had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare? Any opinions on that restaurant?

Oh, yes, potty training. I am going through it with my neighbor...she just got a puppy! So, I can relate.

Well, I spent this past weekend on a boat down in Fort Lauderdale, so I didn't have much time to get on the Disboards, but the last few weekends were spent going to all the resorts (Poly, Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Yacht Club, and, yes, AKL!!!) and taking pics of the Christmas stuff. I have a winner. I am posting my all-time favorite found at the Polynesian. Here it is!

That is the gingerbread man with an entire bottle of Jack Daniel! It's totally edible. The Poly had the cutest things. When I have more time, I will upload some of the other stuff from the Poly.

I love Christmas time too! We put up our decorations last week, and each year I buy just a little bit more to decorate our house. I really enjoy browsing all the decorations at the store and then picking out a few to buy and admiring them in my house! I just can't buy TOO many because we hope to downsize in the near future!

I absolutely agree with you brookelizabeth - it's my favorite time of the year. I can't buy enough decorations! We have a tiny tiny house, yet I have two full size trees And thank you for all the pics of AKL - now I'm totally home sick

I had to catch up because we were outside for four straight days (in the coldest weather of the year) doing this (mind you these pics are from last year and you can't see all the flashing/twinkling)

Now that we're done, it'll probably warm up DisneyBride03 - be sure to drive/stop by if you happen to be in the neighborhood!
