Akerhus 3:10 lunch ressie ?

I noticed that Akerhus only serves lunch until 3:30 and then doesn't start dinner until 4:55. If I have a 3:10 lunch ressie is it going to be really rushed, they put away the app. buffet and the characters disappear? We actually have a dinner ressie booked for later on in our trip - but this lunch ressie might work with our plans a little better... but I don't want to switch things around if the experience won't be as good. Experience? Opinions?
