Airtran ticket credit ?

Our December flights that we booked with Airtran in Oct just dropped by $30 each ticket one-way. Can I get a credit for future air travel ? And if so, can I do this online or should I call ? Usually fly SW.

I did it just called and asked if they would. The cs rep gave me a credit that we're going to use for bag fees. It was really easy.
