Airtran and SWA new date releases?

Does anyone know if Airtran or SWA sends an email or posts on their sites somewhere when they release new dates and what the new dates are? Or, do I just have to keep trying to book for end of Sept/early Oct until it works?

I subscribe to both AT and SWA e-mail services and have never received notification that new dates have opened up.

Airtran just opens their dates bit by bit, generally it about six months in advance and most of their changes occur on Sundays. So with them you do have to just check periodically for the new dates to be released.
Southwest only releases a month or two at a time, right now the dates are open until June, I would not expect date for the end of Sept/beginning of Oct until early this summer.
