Airline discounts for Disney Resorts

Does anyone know what the airline discount is for a Disney hotel and when it is usable.
I have a family friend who wants go down in Feb for 2 days.

Depends entirely on availability. In my experience Disney offers discounts to airline employees during slower times. I believe the discount is about 50%. All your friend can do is call CRO and see if it's available. You can make the reservation, but then have to follow it with a fax on airline letterhead. If you don't the reservation is cancelled. At least that's the way it was working a few months ago.

I work for an airline and take advantage of this every year. It is a great perk, however be sure you have the appropriate identification at check in (Airline ID) and you will need to fax over proof of employment on your airline's letterhead or it will revert to RAC rate at check in - ouch!
