I just recently purchased the SW early bird check in. I know outside the resorts you can check in to you flight right then, do they also print out your boarding passes from there too. Is it more feasible to print them out at the kiosk in the airport?

You can have them printed at guest services at any resort, park or Downtown Disney. If you are checking luggage outside the resort, they can also print them then, that's probably the easiest. Or you can wait for the airport.
