Air-conditioned break at Epcot?

Lots of good options:
Living with the Land
Sunshine Seasons in the Land
The movie in China
The Movie in Canada
Impressions de France
Pixar Short Film Festival
3 Caballeros boat ride in Mexicao
The Living Seas with Nemo
Spaceship Earth
Soarin'
Frozen Ever After
American Adventure
plus many of the shops in World Showcase.
If you are a DVC member, the DVC lounge is very nice.

Lots of good ideas here. TS is an option, but there are also CS places with indoor seating. Sunshine Seasons at The Land, the Electric Umbrella, the American Adventure, and Katsura Grill (Japan) all have indoor seating. France also has indoor seating for it's quick service, though seating is limited, and hard to get. Mexico is always a nice place to take a break, and there is the exhibit in the Japan pavilion just to the left of the rear entrance to the store.

Epcot has the most non-ride places to cool off, by far. When we come in the summer we spend the greatest number of days in Epcot because of this - it's the best summer park for many reasons, but especially this one!

If you are DVC you can sit the DVC lounge located in Imagination pavilion. It's in Figment building. Cold drinks, snacks, WI-FI, computers. It a nice place to chill. We usually don't want to leave on hot days.

The inside of this building had a horrible bathroom smell for years, about two years ago they did something where it stopped smelling as bad,but to this day every time I go in there I still smell it,just like Jerry Seinfelds car after the valet with the bad BO,he did everything to clean it up but the smell is still there.Maybe its just a mental thing that my mind tells me I'm smelling bathroom when I walk in and nobody else smells it since its more subtle than it used to be,my question is does anybody else smell it or at least smelled it a few years ago cause it used to be very bad.

We say the same thing every time. It doesn't smell quite as bad as it used to, but we have noticed the smell for years.

Sell one of your kidneys to buy DVC from Disney, and then you can use the DVC lounge! Free cokes, snacks, Wii games, charging stations, and all the A/C you care to enjoy!

We always head to The Seas with Nemo and Friends when it's hot (or when it's raining.)

You could also do the Living Seas, but it's not nearly as relaxing as doing The Land.

Yes! Its nice and relaxing if its not too hectic and you can find a nice spot to sit.

Theres also a free water fountain which I love near the washroom.

If you are a DVC member, the DVC lounge is another great place.

I also love going on the Living with Land boat ride, it is fairly.lengthy and is air conditioned. Spending time in The Living Seas pavilion is also a good choice.

American Adventure is amazing, be sure to catch Voices of Liberty before the show.

Really, EPCOT is probably the easiest to escape the elements in, lots of great longer attractions and pavilions to escape in.

If you eat lunch in Mexico at the Cantina, you can sit inside La Hacienda because it isn’t open for lunch. We did that over Spring Break to get in our if the rain.

I have smelled it for years too. It's not an outhouse smell, rather a urinal cake / bathroom fragrance smell. But it's way too potent.

Huh? DVC was literally the cost of two of our vacations, maintenance fees are very reasonable and still far less than the cost of booking a room for around a month every year.

Really we come out way ahead with DVC. Might not be the case for everyone, but it is for us.

I just book a TS meal. No hunting for a spot, no wandering around looking for a seat. We have to eat anyway, so knowing I have a break built in when it is hot is a welcome treat for the family.

you mentioned getting a drink, so my biggest go to is the back of La Cava sitting with a jalepeno marg!

I expected to go into this thread and see every other answer be Impressions de France. It's long (18 minutes), you can sit, it usually isn't too full and the narration and music help you gently fall asleep. If you can stay awake, it's a lovely show.

You're right, its not as bad as it used to be, but still reeks. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the glue under the carpets? Our new Target, has the same odor as you go in the main door.
