Agreement/Contract to points timeline

What was your experience on Resale Purchase? The timeline from the agreement/contract signed to points in the system?

Have gone through it twice over the past year (and currently awaiting ROFR on a third resale contract right now). It's slow compared to direct purchases but as long as you know that going into it, it's not bad. Just don't expect to put in an offer today and get points by next week, it'll most likely be sometime in September/October before you get points.

Thanks! We put in an offer and contracts were signed and it’s been seen to ROFR, but I’ve heard varying reports of anywhere from 2-4 weeks for that, then 2-4 weeks for closing then 2ish weeks for points. We’re super excited! Expecting a long wait but hoping for a surprise haha
