African Lion Safari - After Animal Kingdom

DD (age 7yrs) and myself just spent a lovely day with friends, at African Lion Safari, near Cambridge, On. It was tough not to compare it to Animal Kingdom! The safari - it was nice but Kilamonjaro!! WOW!! I have to admit, it would have been better to have gone there before WDW. DD was still excited and happy to go ! But me... I wish I were in Disney!!!!!!!

Hi,
I know exactly what your feeling. We had our annual fair July 26-30, I couldn't believe how boring it felt. Then my teenage son said to me "this is just not the same after being to Disney!" Wish a person could go to WDW every year instead!

No comparison BUT ALS is so much closer than AK is LOL. Our kids had a great time even though it was nothing compared to AK. We also enjoyed it and did compare it to AK.
