Advice re tickets!

Hi everyone

Am pretty new to this forum so apologies if this has been done to the death but I booked all our disney tickets last week and apparently it's pretty standard for them not to be delivered until 7-10 days before the holiday. It's too late for me to cancel them now and go elsewhere but I was just hoping someone could put my mind at rest and reassure me that we'll get them!??

We don't go until 1/10 (staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge) so there's plenty of time (I hope).

Who did you book with? We have booked our disney tickets with disney.co.uk and I cant remember if we collect them at the hotel or if they send them 7-10 days we also booked the hotel with them either is fine. I want to book our universal tickets and there is one company which said they will send them out as soon as they receive your money. theme park tickets.com I also worry will we receieve them in time.

I got them through Floridadisneytickets. Came to about £470 for two 7 day disney premium tickets, two universal studios/islands of adventure (2 days for the price of 7) and 2 seaworld tickets. It's ABTA/ATOL protected which someone had recommended to look out for.

The lady on the phone assured me not to worry, that the closest they've ever had is two days before someone's holiday and that's because they gave the incorrect postal address!!

Am sure your Universal ones will arrive safe and sound - when do you go?

We are travelling on the 18th October.

I am sure you will be fine, my husband said he feels the reason they keep hold of the tickets for so long is to gain as much interest as possible before sending out the tickets. Whether this is true I dont know. Either way I totally understand why you are feeling twitchy I would feel like this as well until we receive them I will be worrying. Try not to I am sure it will be fine expecially being abta approved.

Not long now lucky you staying in AKL. I really want to go and stay in a Savannah room, but its so expensive. I hope you have a great time.

We booked our WDW tickets from Best4attractions who were recommended here on the Dis. I bought the tickets a couple of months ago and was told then they would arrive 7 - 10 days before we were due to leave. But I got an email today saying they had been dispatched today so I should get them tomorrow. We don't leave until December 21st.
