ADR's for group of 7, with added hiccup

OK, so our family of 5 is adding 2 more (my parents) for a trip in mid-September. The added hiccup is...we just found out it's also going to be during free dining.

So my question is:

Has anyone had experience with making ADR's for larger groups?

We're going to call RIGHT at 90 days. The places we'd like to eat at include (and this is off the top of my head...I don't have the "plan" with me):

Akershus Princess Breakfast in Norway
Chef Mickey's for Breakfast
Le Cellier for Dinner (backup is Cape May..we know this one will be tough)
1900 Park Faire for Dinner
Ohana's for Dinner
50's Prime Time for Lunch
Hollywood and Vine for Lunch
Boma for a Breakfast and a Dinner
Saana for a Dinner
Rose and Crown for Dinner
Crystal Palace for Lunch
Jiko's for Dinner (Anniversary Dinner...this one I have covered)

Any tidbits that you can pass along about experiences booking "larger" groups in those restaurants would be GREAT. I know it's going to be tough going considering our party size and the "nuttiness" that will be our 90+10 window with free dining...but any suggestions to minimize that would be GREATLY appreciated.

I made reservations for our Grand Gathering of 11 right on the 90 day mark and got everything we wanted including Le Cellier, Chef Mickeys, Akershush. Just call on your 90 day and you should be ok I believe.

We had a grand gathering of 9 last trip and was able to get reservations at:Akershus Princess Dinner in Norway, Ohana's, Boma, and Liberty Tree Tavern with no problems with our group size. Have a great vacation.

I made reservations for 8 during Christmas week and was able to book CRT, LTT (with characters then), CP, 50's PT, Garden Grill, and more with no problem. We were staying off-site, so I had to call everyday at the then 180-day mark. It was worth it though. We had a great trip!

Make sure you call the very first day available. I called a few days into the window and we had to reserve separate tables for several meals

Those restaurants include Cap N' Jacks, Hollywood and Vine, Crystal Palace, and Chef Mickey's.

I called right at 7am at 90 days for our party of 7 and had no issues..got popular TS places and everyone at one table
