ADR System Upgrade - History

I'm glad to read this new change. I think 90 days is more realistic. We go often (5-6) trips a year and I'm often working on several trips at one time. I'll be glad to get my dining for my May trip taken care of soon.

I was on the phone by 7am today to make our ADR's for our March 28- April 4 trip. The first CM told me I could book for just the first night. I disagreed but proceeded to book HDDR and hung up because I realized he was new and was having a hard time. I called back and the second CM booked all of my ADR's for the entire trip. Make sure if you are told the wrong info you keep trying.

We were very successful and got ever ADR we wanted. (HDDR, LeCellier, Yak & Yeti, Tutto Italia, Crystal Palace, R&C, and Kona) I am so happy these are finally done.

Well, after coming back to this thread this morning and reading of others who made reservations past the 3/24 Luau reservation that I tried to make last night, I called ADR again. I am happy to announce that we finally have our reservation after trying since last September. What a relief! I had about a 7 minute wait which wasn't bad. When I called last night, I got right in and got the wrong information. What would I do without the DIS boards (for more reasons than this, of course).

We called Friday night, the 26th and she let us book all of our ADR's for March 28th-April 4th. She didn't want to at first, but then let us when we said we were staying onsite.

I'm still on hold but so far have been able to make everything for our 3/28 - 4/3 trip (times and places). Mickey's Backyard BBQ holding us up right now (it comes up but not available for our time) and I still need to make Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

On another thread they are saying that CM and CRT are still 180 days out, but they are making reservations for April and June (both dates that were entered into the system before the change)

My guess is that most CM's are booking up through June 19 for Chef Mickey and CRT. I haven't heard of anyone booking past June 19 for these two locations AND I've only heard of these two people having luck booking past the end of March (90 days from today)

This is the right information. They are booking 90 days out and Jan 7 is 90 days before April 8.

Forgive me if this has been sked before but does this booking window include the Wishes and Illuminations cruises? How about the GG cruise that will be available for regular visitors after 3/1/09???

Since there is no PAPP, we are trying to figure out something else to do.

Hi! Welcome.

I believe that both questions are answered in the first post...

According to Disney due to the growing pattern of guests finalizing their itineraries closer to their vacation experience they are permanently adjusting their reservation windows to 90 days. This includes Dining Reservations, Dining Package Reservations (Fantasmic! and Candlelight Processional), Recreation Reservations and Tour Reservations.

Grand Gathering Experiences and La Nouba can be reserved up to 180 days in advance.

Wishes cruises are considered recreation reservations, but grand gathering experiences are not subjected to the 90 day limitation.

Good to know! Mine were booked at the 180 mark for my March trip.

All you have to do is check the first post of this thread for the most updated information.

I was able to get all my ADR's for my trip except Mickey's Backyard BBQ. I had my CRT and CM booked from my 180 day mark and was able to get BBB for the earliest time. Now it's starting to feel exciting again. The magic is back for me!!!

Today I booked all our ADRs for 3/22-3/29 and was able to get into Les Cellier and the Wonderland Tea party as well as everything else we wanted.
