We are returning to WDW in December after a 5 year absence. I was amazed when I got on the boards a few weeks ago to see all the changes - especially the online ADR. It looks great and I am certainly willing to give it a try!
My question is this - we are arriving Dec 8th and will spend one night at AKL, then transfer to the BC for Dec 9-13. As we arrive late in the day on the Dec 8, our reservation is for room only. The rest of our trip is with free dining. I was told that I could make my ADR's on 9/9 based on the Dec 8 check in at AKL - but no one seems to know if we can do the +10 on that date or if I will need to do the +10 on 9/10 - which is the 90 day mark for our free dining reservation.
I would love to just get it all done on 9/9 but I can't get anyone to say if the reservations will be linked or if I can do all my reservations based on the Dec 8 check in at AKL.
I hope the question makes sense. We are excited to return to Disney and see what has changed. We have been traveling the world (Turkey this past spring break) with our dd for the past 5 years. I was very surprised when I asked her where she wanted to go next and she replied that she wanted to go back to WDW! We will be there for her 13th BD on the 10th. We celebrated just about every BD from age 4-8 at WDW. I am pleased that she wants to resume that tradition. Now if I can just figure out how to get a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast on the 10th, I'll be set.
