ADR made via Rest. Can't link

Has anyone had an issue. I had ADR for T-Rex on 9/12 but they said that my confirmation was my last name. I am unalbe to link due to that is done with a 12 digit number. I am just worried that perhaps my reservations will not be there.

I called the dining number and they said that basically they can't help due to the fact that I delt directly with the rest. They are showing nothing reserved for the entire hour surrounding my requested time.

However on the bright side, if in fact they are, we got in for 7:45 vs 9 pm

You can just call T-rex direct to verify that they have the reservation. I always book Raglan Road via Open Table, instead of using Disney reservations. Same issue that I can't link my Open Table reservation to my ADRs, but I've always received much better reservations times when dealing directly with the restaurant. In some cases I've found Raglan reservation times available directly when Disney's system said they were booked.

T-Rex and other restaurants in DTD only release a small portion of their reservations to Disney and keep most of them for locals and guests who book the restaurant directly. Just like calling a restaurant in your hometown for a reservation, usually all they ask for is a name. The CM is correct that there will be no record on MDE because you did not make the res through Disney. You can call T-Rex to verify, but for all the reservations we've made directly to a restaurant we've never had a problem when we arrived.
