Entrée- Hickory Char-crusted Filet Mignon - roasted summer squash, marble potatoes, truffle aioli, horseradish cream and cabernet au jus

Dessert- Double Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee - with buttered rum caramel, fresh blackberries, and chocolate drizzled coconut macaroon

I love vanilla crème brulee more than anything so that was an easy choice :)

I really enjoyed dinner here in 2013 - I did not have an app, so that's new to me, but the salmon was good, and the cobbler was one of my favorite dishes of the whole trip.

ENTREE: Vanilla-laced French Toast - Brioche Bread dipped in Vanilla-flavored Batter served with Bacon or Sausage.

DRINK: Grand Mimosa - Champagne, orange juice and a splash of Grand Marnier.
 
This could be a fun way to count down to our December trip. I just went to MDE and discovered I could get Flying fish for breakfast.

I'll have: Coffee and Juice with a Waffle (with whipped vanilla coffee marscapone) and bacon.

ENTREE: Red snapper - in potato "scales", braised fennel, rosemary sauce.

DESSERT: Le Moelleux: Warm chocolate and almond cake with raspberry coulis in the center, hazelnut crust, hazelnut ice cream.
