I've never eaten at Brown Derby (ended up getting cancelled off my last vacation), but plan on going there on my next year's trip. So looking forward to it!

HBD is one of my favorite restaurants at Disney! I will be eating there in just over a week and I can't wait. Now, I am using the menu off of the official Disney site which matches the one on allears.

App: Butternut Squash Bisque with Duck Confit, Sour Cherry Compote, and a Spiced Crème Fraîche (minus the cherry compote)

Entree: Herb-crusted Grilled Loin of Lamb with Roasted Fingerling and Marble Potatoes tossed with Arugula and Ramp Butter, with a Chianti and Sweet Onion

Dessert: Double Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée (I love the banana toffee tower, but now can't eat bananas)

OK, this was a really fun idea, OP!

I would like to start with the charcuterie board, because those are some really intriguing-sounding options and I love charcuterie.

For my entree, I will balance all that meat out by ordering the ricotta gnudi, because I've heard a lot about gnudi in the past year or so and want to try it, and I love squash blossoms.

For dessert it's the fig cheesecake and a glass of that $60 riesling, because I love dessert riesling, and I'm not paying.
