ADR for party of 5?

We will have 2 adults, 2 kids, & 1 munchkin in a high chair. Would this be a ADR for 5 or a ADR for 4 + a "High chair" request?

for 5, they have the count the baby as a guest if you do it online, they will ask you the ages of all children, babies included
