Hellooo,

My boyfriend and I are booked for the first two weeks of November, so our ADR date is coming up in a few weeks. We don't have the dining plan so I am planning to do just a few ADRs and then do the rest QS. I am going generally for theming over food quality as BF has never been to WDW before and he isn't a massive foodie anyway so I think he will appreciate a cool theme over food options. However, I would like us to have somewhere nicer/more romantic to go for our last night. I am toying between Le Cellier, Jiko, or California Grill. What do you guys recommend? Are there any other places you think or maybe even alternate last night activities to eating? V&As is the dream but we can no way afford that

The other couple of ADRs I'm hoping to get are: BOG, Sci-Fi, yak & yeti, and Beaches & Cream.

Thanks

I would pick California Grill, for the atmosphere, though Jiko would be a very close second.

Sanaa was our last night adr on our most recent trip and it was awesome!
Good was awesome but nothing beat watching safari animals while you dine

If you're paying OP and going for theming go for BOG dinner. BTW wait for a table in the West Wing we had a wonderful meal there

I think it would depend more on what you planned on doing on the last night. If you don't plan on being in a park that night (which we personally only do if we plan on spending part of our departure day in a park) I would certainly choose Jiko. If you are not returning to the parks on your departure day, I would switch your more romantic meal to the second to last night, this way you aren't losing a lot of time traveling and getting ready for dinner on your last park day. MK is usually the first and last park we do. We like to end the trip with dinner, MSEP and Wishes. Our upcoming trip we have The Plaza scheduled for the last night. Good food, reasonably priced and we will be out in plenty of time to get a spot for the parade and Wishes (7PM ADR).

Narcooses at the Grand Floridian dock after sitting in the lobby of the Grand Floridian enjoying the live music and atmosphere. Then watching the Electric Water Pageant and Wishes fireworks from the dock or beach.

I vote for Le Cellier...but, if you want to go out with a bang, I would personally pick Narcooses or Citrico's at the Grand Floridian. If you can score a table near the window and time it so you can watch Wishes, it would be so magical!! We did that one year and it was absolutely spectacular! Enjoy!

I think I would note for California Grill and maybe get a time that would be a good viewing time for Wishes as well. That would be a really awesome romantic way to end a trip IMO, lol

I suggest Cali Grill, but apps and beverages in the lounge since you're not big foodies. The dinner prices are pretty steep, and this is a good way to enjoy the atmosphere without the huge price tag. The apps that I've had have been generous portions (Tuna 2 Ways, Goat Cheese Ravioli, and Rock Shrimp Salad.) I would be willing to guess that 3 apps between the 2 of you would be enough. You don't need a reservation for the lounge, but I'd show up close to opening to eat. You can return later by showing your receipt for Wishes on the observation deck.

We just ended a 11 night stay with dinner at Be Our Guest. It was a great way to say "Goodbye" to a wonderful trip. They let my two girls (ages 11 and 14) order off the kids menu and I just ordered an appetizer for myself. We also shared three desserts for the five of us. The service was wonderful and we were not hurried through our meal at all.

Our last night dinner is always at Shula's, but of the 3 you mentioned we'd pick (in order) 1. Jiko 2. Le Cellier and 3. California Grill. Have you thought about Yachtsman Steakhouse or bluezoo, then a late night stroll around the Boardwalk and/or perhaps a few hours at Jellyrolls?
