ADR at Garden Grove or walk up at Crystal Palace??

dh, dd, and i are staying at WL this weekend. can't get ADR for dinner (before 8pm) at crystal palace, chef mickey's, or any other character dining for that matter EXCEPT Garden Grove. The menu looks so yummy but it's at the swan and not MK...what would you do??? take your ADR at garden grove or head over to MK hoping to get in at crystals palace??

I would check availability when I got there and keep checking. If they are booked, I would think chances of a walk up might be difficult, but if you want to give it a try, I say try.

Can you make it to Garden Grove if you cannot get into Crystal in time for your reservation is the question?

our ADR is at 6:10 at garden grove. we can't decide whether to hang at the pool all day, relax, and then head over to the swan...OR venture over to MK for a stroll on main street and try our luck at crystal....hmmmm decisions decisions

any one have good luck getting into crystal palace with a walk up??

We tried a walk-up for lunch, during the effects of Tropical Storm Fay, while attendance was maybe 30% of norm. Still, they said they were fully booked, and told us to try back later in the day, despite the wait line being a fraction of what it usually is when we walk by.
