Well well hello Disfriends!! I guess I'll try to do the honor and get it over to page #100!!

@Mackenzie Click-Mickelson - Ack!! So sorry to hear you guys had such a bumpy start of your vacation, that's always a bummer. But at least you got there safe and sound, that's the most important part and glad to see things started to turn around though! Hope the rest of your trip will be amazing!

Here are my 2 cents about the parks/resorts:
- AK: Na'vi River Journey...I'm sorry but they need to do something with this ride. Some of the scenes are beautiful but the whole attraction is B O R I N G! My DH hates this ride and he was so mad that when Pandora opened we waited an hour half for it! He said "You kidding me this is like Pirates of Na'vi but it's so boring!" Sorry if you love this ride...but I think it gotta go.

- HS: The animation courtyard...they REALLY need to do something about it. The only reason we went in there last trip was because Chewie has his "photo booth" set up there along with a couple others Star Wars characters. But other than that, I don't know what else that courtyard is doing there?

- Riviera: DH and I don't love this resort and I'm glad we don't because it's more expensive! (no matter points or cash). I know it's a favorite among many, and I can see why. I do like that it's a smaller resort, and their villas are GORGEOUS!! We do want to stay there at least once to give it a shot, see it for ourselves.

I would LOVE it if Disney builds a resort that's kinda an extension of the world showcase? Each building/wing/section of the resort can be a different country. For casual dining, if they can do like a food hall that would be amazing!

Holy yikes the number of cultural representatives needed for a hotel for each country in World Showcase would be immense! It would be neat, yes, but the logistics would be crazy.

And Na'vi used to be the "thanks for playing" Tier 1 Fastpass in DAK. It was so there'd be enough Tier 1s to go around, because there wasn't enough FoP FPs to meet demand. Now that it's just another G+ pass, we do it if there's one readily available after a FoP ILL, but, if there's nothing immediately available, we pass and move on. We ain't waitin' standby for that.

But I love the name "Pirates of Navi!"

My DH seriously wants me to buy the liners for when we go to Disney.

I bet you, if I show this to my DH he would say "you should get them and try it out"

My favorite ones are "What are the best restaurants in Disney Springs?" and then the answers consist of listing every single restaurant there. Well, except for Paradiso 37. That place is awful.

You know, of ALL PLACES from Pleasure Island they decided to shut their doors but somehow Paradiso gets to keep their lights on!! Why?! The mouse must have gotten a big check....

I'll go in and recommend the best restaurant on property...........Tony's Town Square!

Oh man...we never ate there but just from looking at the menu, we were like...mehhh...It sounds like Olive Garden to me but $10 more per plate!

I'm in a couple of DVC facebook groups and the ridiculous amount of AP posts have hurt my brain. I unfollowed two of them because instead of searching the group first, they keep posting the exact same questions.

Facebook (and the DIS) isn't google! It's one thing to ask people's experience or perspective but you want me to just give you basic info that google has? Like, did you try looking for it?

And with most of these groups, telling the OP to Google it gets YOU in trouble!

But I'm the runDisney Facebook groups, I seriously see the same questions 3 times a day! Like what time does registration open, and is there a summer series? Like go to runDisney.com and all the answers are literally right there.

So if the group decides to play a prank on them and give them the wrong date....that would be hilarious! Now you have learned your lesson!
I'm glad I'm not the only one!! Whenever I see those posts, I have to just keep scrolling and because it drives me bananas!! The most ridiculous ones are people asking what travel documents they need for cruising, like do I need a passport? (it's also in some threads here). Are you kidding me?! There are gazillions agents from any cruise lines who can provide you more accurate information than anyone else, but you trust strangers to tell you what legal travel documents you need? No thank you!

I know....It will be a huge resort and if they can't execute it well, it will be a complete disaster!
DH can't even remember the real name!! That's what he has been calling it ever since LOL!! Same with us...if genie gets us on it right away after everything else, sure we'll take a ride. But we will never ever wait in line for it again!

In all seriousness, two through four are kind of real questions that I'm sorting through in my mind. Decisions, decisions.

Not meaning to offend anyone who does this, but it is like nails down the chalkboard when I see FB posts that say....and GO! Like we're all going to race to tell you what you should be able to figure out yourself to begin with anyway.

I didn’t like CL at HRH. It is nothing like CL at WDW resorts. I think HRH oversell CL so the buffet area is over crowded, nowhere near enough seating and the offering not particularly enticing.

yes, it's the lack of self sufficiency that really bothers me. I think I'll have to leave most groups. I prefer the boards since I can easily avoid those kind of threads.

I've had no luck so far I have gotten to another checkout screen a couple of times but its not loading properly. So frustrating. We have had such horrible rains in soFla that they closed the airport until noon today and my son was supposed to fly out this morning at 6am to sing with his school choir at Carnegie Hall this weekend. His poor teacher has probably been up all night trying to get 30 people rescheduled.

Me too, they have rehersals starting tomorrow, so I hope they can get a flight out today, luckily theres a lot of flights between south florida and NY on jet blue daily.
