Adding kids to hotel reservation

I have a cash reservation for New Years Eve at Bay Lake Towers. Right now its for 2 adults in a 1 bedroom theme park view, but I need to add two kids under 14 to the room. If I call will they be able to add them? Online it won't let me because it wants me to change the whole reservation and there aren't any other rooms available. Since the room sleeps 5 adults I feel like this shouldn't be a problem?

Yes because you are still within capacity they will add them no problem. You just can't add guests/modify the reservation online, you have to call.
