Accounting advice for FOMO-control freak person

Thanks for your answer. Already have park hopper + water parks for the whole 10 nights stay but I rarely use the park hopper option, I find the park-to-park transfers inefficient.
I don't think anyone here is going to be able to advise you based on the above reply. "Inefficient" and "not use" have you at odds with yourself. Wasting money on something you don't use is inefficient value. Battling with a little OCD? A lot of stuff you originally mention can be added while there if needed. Good Luck in '26

I’ll be honest, reading your post made me feel stressed, lol. If you have that many park days, I would definitely do hoppers and get multi-pass. Book your three LL for each day, then see where the rest of the day takes you and what other LL’s you can get. We like to do one park in the morning through lunch, take a bit of a break and then hop somewhere else in the evening. We usually make an ADR somewhere so we already know where we’re hopping to, but not always.

I know everyone vacations differently, but I’ve gone to WDW with someone who is go-go-go and only cares about how many rides they can do. It exhausted me. We split up for a while and when we met back up my H and I were sitting on a bench in Epcot with a beer. She looked at me like I had three heads when I said we were people watching😆 She could not wrap her mind around sitting and relaxing for 15 minutes, which to me is all part of the fun.

I was about to type the same!

Disney and Type-A personalities are a dangerous mix. I do understand where you're coming from and although nothing anyone types here will alleviate your stress, you have nevertheless been given some good advice to at least quell your nerves a bit.

August IS light in the parks. Just for comparison I go at some of the busiest times...winter break and spring break and fourth of July etc and all I do is get LLMP ONCE in a while. And yes it's easy for us that go often to say who cares about rides/attractions etc because you want to experience it all. You're paying a lot and you're flying far and why wouldn't you want to get it all done. But you won't and that's ok! Just get a LLMP for each day and that would get you so many rides and be so much cheaper than what you mentioned in your first post. Then just watch videos and practice with some dry runs on the app. Once you get to the parks you'll see how easy it is to tap and stack and then even jump over to tier 1s of other parks. It really is that easy. That plus August will almost ensure you get 80-90% of what you really want done. But loosen up a bit and enjoy this process instead of dreading it! It's Disney World not the Pentagon during wartime! Have fun!

You might want to update your original post to indicate how many days you plan on being in the parks. That would help with advice.
If you're doing a higher number of days (a week or more), then most of those extras you mentioned aren't needed. We like getting Park Hopper tickets when in the parks 5 - 6 days+. Once you have enough days to equal going to a park more than once, park hopper becomes more worth it as you can spend half a day in one park doing things you didn't do on Day 1 and the other half in another park for the things you didn't do in that park on its first day as well.

When it comes to Resort decisions - I personally would not get a Deluxe just for the extra hours. It is nice to take advantage of, but they're quite a bit more expensive to stay at over Value for 2 more hours of rides on x2 days/week. We like to stay at Deluxe if available for the general ambience / nicer resort (which is how we get into DVC). But if the only decision for Deluxe for you is the extra hours, I would save the money for something else. Some times we don't even take advantage of the extra hours if we're tired and feel like we got our full day's worth.

LLMP is somewhat subjective - the more days we are there, the less we feel we need it. It's also more park specific (ex MK is probably better for LLMP, while Epcot not as much). Also, I would hold off on LLSP and only get it if you weren't able to ride a must-do ride on a prior park day. You might find you don't need it at all.

Lastly, LLPP feels like it was geared to a specific groups of people:
- Those in the park for 1 day and need to do as much as physically possible
- Relatively well-off people who just don't like waiting in lines

If you are there for multiple days, you don't need LLPP.
