You might want to update your original post to indicate how many days you plan on being in the parks. That would help with advice.
If you're doing a higher number of days (a week or more), then most of those extras you mentioned aren't needed. We like getting Park Hopper tickets when in the parks 5 - 6 days+. Once you have enough days to equal going to a park more than once, park hopper becomes more worth it as you can spend half a day in one park doing things you didn't do on Day 1 and the other half in another park for the things you didn't do in that park on its first day as well.
When it comes to Resort decisions - I personally would not get a Deluxe just for the extra hours. It is nice to take advantage of, but they're quite a bit more expensive to stay at over Value for 2 more hours of rides on x2 days/week. We like to stay at Deluxe if available for the general ambience / nicer resort (which is how we get into DVC). But if the only decision for Deluxe for you is the extra hours, I would save the money for something else. Some times we don't even take advantage of the extra hours if we're tired and feel like we got our full day's worth.
LLMP is somewhat subjective - the more days we are there, the less we feel we need it. It's also more park specific (ex MK is probably better for LLMP, while Epcot not as much). Also, I would hold off on LLSP and only get it if you weren't able to ride a must-do ride on a prior park day. You might find you don't need it at all.
Lastly, LLPP feels like it was geared to a specific groups of people:
- Those in the park for 1 day and need to do as much as physically possible
- Relatively well-off people who just don't like waiting in lines
If you are there for multiple days, you don't need LLPP.
