About to call and ask for a pin...

Ok people.... I'm just gonna give it a go.

Do I ask them about my trip first? Ask them for prices?

Or just cut to the chase and ask if I have a pin attached to my name.

When I called the first time I asked for a pin, I just called to "price" my vacation and then asked if there was a pin code attached to my account. The second time I called, the CM volunteered that I had a pin code (unfortunately it was a whopping 10%!)
 
Whenever I call to ask, I just tell them that I am pricing out a trip and was wondering if there were any discounts attached to my account.

Well I got the nicest of CM's.... He asked me all kinds of questions... Very personable....


And no pin.

I called on Monday night and told the CM that I wanted to make a room only reservation using the Spring Offer. While she took some information, I asked her to check to see if there was a Pin attached to my name. She said "Oh yes, I'm checking that now.". Turns out I do have a pin that is good until December 20, 2012. The Spring Offer for the Royal room I was booking at POR was $176 and my Pin rate was $168. Worked for me! :goodvibes
