Discounts are limited to a set number of rooms per resort per season (or month?). I've read on these boards somewhere that some CRO cast members ask for your AAA membership number when making the reservation and some don't. The lady I spoke to didn't, she said I would just need to show the card at check in. So I think the best thing to do would be call and make the ressie and ask for AAA rate. If they want your membership number tell them you don't have it yet but you will before arrival. Then if the AP rate comes out and it's better, just drop the AAA ressie. Otherwise shell out the $40 for the membership and enjoy the savings!caitycaity said:are aaa discounts limited or are you guaranteed to get one if you are a member? we usually get ap discounts so i didn't know about this. now i'm wondering if i should call and tell them i'm an aaa member while i'm waiting for ap codes.

If AAA has a link to Disney then maybe Disney should be able to check up on the AAA members. Whats fair is fair. So the lines get a little longer or is it worth it. I do know that one time I was never asked for my card but, I did have it with me and in my pocket to show in case I was asked to show it. I have been a member for years cause I do all my traveling by car, so the Trip Tik is great to get before each journey. See you all in June at the PC.
- but we primarily have it for the roadside assistance and TripTiks. Worth every penny - the rest is gravy!!!
