Starting with the "usual suspects" - how is your water intake this week? Your sleeping patterns? Your stress levels? Your... regularity? Also, you exerted a ton of energy over the weekend, so I'm sure your body is working to make up for that and recover, since that's not something you do all the time (to that extreme, I mean, I know you run a lot!). It may just be a factor of that, which might balance itself out over time.
- Water intake is about average... could probably drink a little bit more.
- Sleeping patterns... been sleeping more than normal but had a terrible night's sleep. Maybe that's why it wasn't good this morning.
- Regularity ... yeah that could be it.. I think i emptied myself out on Saturday before the big race on Sunday and since then haven't , eh screw it. I need to poop

- Energy - it's possible that after burning nearly 1100 calories that my body is like "NO I NEED THIS FOOD" and isn't willing to give it up.
I'm going to try drinking more water today and head back to the gym tonight for a light walk. Need to get back to the routine. 1 pound shouldn't make a difference over all but I dont' want to be above 150, as that's my goal weight.
