Yes, I did know that, Trish!! How very horrible!! I feel so bad for complaining about a few pictures when you lost ALL of yours. Please forgive me. And I agree--I'm very thankful that we can go back so soon and redo the BBB. That is definitely a plus!!

Becky - I certainly did not post about my story to diminish in any way the significance of the loss of your photos! We both suffered a loss - no question!!! Perhaps yours was even greater because I was the author of my own misfortune. You were a complete innocent bystander so to speak.

Anyway...what I was trying to say (somewhat ineptly) is that at least you and I are in the lucky group of people who were able to go again in a few months time to recapture another BBB experience when our daughters were/are still the same age. We had/have the chance for a do-over, whereas many other people would not be as fortunate. Thinking about it that way makes my heart break a little less for some reason.

Trust me though...I still feel the loss, as I now feel for you as well!

Oh--I know you didn't, my friend!! No worries!! I just hate it for you. And losing a few pics in no way compares to losing ALL of the pics from a trip--that's for sure. I just wanted you to know that. I totally got what you meant about getting to relive everything.

Sometimes when I'm bored I go onto YouTube and watch the travel channel Disney shows to get my Disney fix, so I think I would love that DVD! Thanks for posting the link!

I can't remember how much I shared about this here on the DIS but many months ago I submitted a story to WDW Memories. WDW Memories is a book that "shares the magic of the Disney experience through a collection of favorite Disney vacation memories as told by everyday WDW resort guests." (taken from back of book) Well my story was one of the ones chosen for the book as was several other DISers--Katie (Bippity Boo) and Sara (mom2mek)!!! The book is now available for purchase and I just received my copy!

My story is on page 103 (the pic that goes with the story is on the far right in my siggy)!!!

Hey my friend SO SORRY I have been MIA all week..we are MOVING and selling the house (know you can relate). Actually, we are selling both of the homes we own in order to buy a lot and build...so I have been very busy to say the least.

I LOVE LOVE your new books!! I have never seen the color picture book! I am going tomorrow to get it I know what you mean, all of the books with words---we know that info!! Show me the pictures!
