A Very Disney Christmas! Nov/Dec 2010 PTR (Trip Drama & 2 Days! 11/24)

Hi Katie!! MOVING?!?! Whoa! When did this happen?! You HAVE been busy then!! I can't wait to hear all about it!!

Thank you!! The recital went GREAT tonight!! I hope to post pics tomorrow! The girls did sooo well--I got all teary-eyed when they danced!! I've got to weed through the 808 pictures I took, though!!

Wow! I can only imagine how many pics I would take if I had TWO girls in the recital Good luck going through them...I am sure they are great!!! I cry the whole recital too Chris makes fun of me b/c I cry when the older girls dance just thinking about Abby getting older! haha

Yes, the moving thing kind of sprung up on us. A lot in Chris' parents' subdivision came up at a very good price. We have just been waiting for the right lot to be there. It will take a while to clear the land, find a builder/plans, etc. so, we will have to rent. We found a home for rent not too far down from the lot so that we can go and check on the house during the day. I am excited, but was not ready to pack up all of our stuff Good thing I am pretty organized...I think it will go smoothly.

We are not really saying anything to the kids and friends until it happens---so I did not post it on facebook.

Congrats on the book, Becky! I remember you talking about submitting your story a few months ago. So cool to see it completed and published. What a great story too!

I may have to buy a set of those DVD's. That is a great price for 6! Can't wait to hear what you think of them!

All caught up here! I love all of your Disney book/DVD purchases! I have the Complete Guide one and the pictures are to die for! I just love looking at all of the beautiful pictures, more so than the reading! (Boy do I sound like a kid or what..."give me a book with pictures, please"!! )

I love your story in the WDW Memories book! When I got my copy, yours was the first one I found. Since I had no idea where any of ours were published I just started flipping through looking for names and found yours and Katie's before I even found mine! It's so fun!! (Although I'm kicking myself that I didn't do a dedication - I must have missed that on the submittal...oops!) Thanks for posting about it all those months ago - it was your FB post that made me check it out!

Can't wait to hear about the recital! I love all the pics on FB! My girls have their recital this Friday and Saturday! They are in the same ballet class and the song is "Almost There" from Princess & the Frog, and different tap classes...Katie's tap is "Gitchee Gitchee Goo" from Phineas and Ferb, and Emily's tap is "Ease on Down the Road"! (So 2 out of 3 are Disney songs...did I mention their teacher is my SIL?? LOL! Yes, she likes Disney, too!! I secretly wish they would do a whole Disney-themed dance recital! Possibilities are endless!! )
