A Thank you to a CM?

Does anyone know the email address or address you use to send disney a little note about a cast member who made my daughters day. I've seen it posted here before, don't remember when or where it was though.
any help would be great!

Was it a hotel or a park?

If it was a park you can use this:

To write diretly to a CM: or if you want to send it to their manager just leave out "their name" and put in Management.
What park they work at
What area they work in
Their name
PO Box 10,000
Lake Buena Vista, FL
32830

For Example:
Magic Kingdom
Tomorrowland Operations
Cast Members name
PO Box 10,000
LBV, FL 32830

It is was a CM at a hotel you can use the hotel address directly just make sure you put the location the CM works at on the envelope along with their name.


PO Box 10,000 is the main Disney address (since the US Post office does not recognize Disney roads) Pretty much anything you send their will find it's way to the correct location...

Thanks, the only problem is that it was a character. But it was a princess so I have a picture of her face.
I'll use that address and send her picture with it.
Hopefully that will work.
