A most unpleasant BWV survey experience

I just spent about 15 minutes completing the survey that Disney sent me a postcard for, covering our recent stay at BWV. I took great care to keep notes of things during our trip and was looking forward to giving feedback about our experience - the good things and the things that needed improvement.

After taking all this time to step through the survey and then type out four detailed comments, when I pressed the final NEXT button, I received a screen that said that a survey with this password had already been submitted.

Even as it was, since there was no BACK button, I was unable to correct several problems where I realized I had put in an incorrect response and needed to go back and change what I had entered.

The bottom line is that all the information that I kept notes on and which I spent all that time entering is now lost, and the postcard provides no way to follow up on this problem.

Frustrating ...

Wow, that IS really frustrating. I sometimes wonder if they pay attention to those surveys anyways. On a recent stay, we had issues (which we did take up at the time) and we said they were "somewhat" resolved (I think that was the wording). We also called DVC at the time. Another time, we made positive comments about certain things in the survey. So I hope the surveys are noted.
 

What is their e-mail address?

Go to the member site, then to contact, then choose contact member services. I have used this about 4 times and each time they have called me back to discuss in a few days or weeks. Which I was surprised as I didn't ask to be contacted, it was just informational type comments I gave them.
 
The survey software needs a survey for itself. Sounds like some programmer thought they'd make it a one way street and got off easy on that one. Ugh.
 
I got a call back from a Very negative BWV survey I filled out in July. Got a Call from the Hotel and a followup from MS. Nothing was done but a Promise for a better Room Request on my next Trip so we will see.

But they did followup and this is the only way They could have known some of the details of my Conserns.
 
What do you mean? Did they promise to try and meet your request next time?

I guess thats what they ment. I didn't push the issue I just wanted to let them know How I felt we were treated and that I wouldn't stay there again.

I guess we will see in June if my Request are met and anything else.
