I do understand what you are saying, but its not me and DF that has a problem with this, its the parents - DF's side would want a full catholic ceromony - and on the other hand my parents would not want this at all - this is why me and DF are just doing the basics and adding our own vows - that way everyone is happy!![]()
You misunderstand me. I promise I was not questioning your decision for a non-religious wedding, and I understand with your family not being Catholic you would not want a full Catholic service. I was simply pointing out that Catholisisum (sp) is not a seperate religion, but simply a branch of Christianity, as is Church of England or Methodist. Sorry to confuse you.
