It was our company's 50th anniversary and they had catering etc. but it was outside and SO HOT!!! (95 degrees and humid)

Food was super good (crabcakes, feta cheese ravioli, cookies with company logo, brownies on a stick, strawberry cream cookies, great salads etc.) but I really can't take the heat anymore so I didn't stay for the governor's speech or our county executive's speech etc.; just ate and visited with people for awhile.

True! But honestly, most of us would probably appreciate more stock or a gift certificate or something other than a party in the heat
