mary, i'd second what jenny said, your CPA is way more important than a part on a bike thats not that important. he can still ride it, but you need to pass your tests.

jenny, over here, all the travel agencies insist of a travel/tourism qualification or direct sales experience. neither of which i have, so they wont even talk to me

Ah, that's a bummer Karen. Are there travel schools that you could attend to get it? There are over in the states and they offer courses at the local colleges.

Last night Bob asked me why we are not in a one bedroom at Kidani. I told him that we needed to save points so we could have the one bedroom Magic Kingdom View for his birthday trip next year. That answer seemed to satisfy him so that was the end of the conversation.

This morning he calls me at work and tells me he wants a room with a whirlpool in it...so we are back to the one bedroom thing. Again I told him "there are no extra points for this year"...there was a pause on the phone and he said "but I want more". Well dear you have to buy more....so he gives me his credit card and had me buy 100 more points....all so he can get a whirlpool in the bathroom. Not that I'm complaining more points means longer stays! My guide, Judy tells me that the points should be available for me to use sometime this afternoon. Looks like we are changing from Kidani to Old Key West...in a one bedroom

we'd love to join DVC one day, but we havent got a house at the mo, so buying a house is a priority!

i could go back to college for the qualification but it'd take me a few years and i cant afford the tuition fees at the mo so in a no win situation. i did see an advert for a travel apprenticeship but its 2 years long and only pays £120 (about $180 a week). no way i could survive on that for 2 years

LOL Donna. Bob really wanted that whirpool huh? That's great you got more points out of it though! I'm not familiar with OKW. I've heard it's beautiful though. I would love to join DVC one day.

Oh wow, Karen. I didn't realize you'd have to be in school so long to get that. I guess they don't take it as seriously in the states! They have classes but you don't need to have a cerification to get a job in the field.

did i tell you that gary is likely going to miami for the night on the day after we get to orlando? he's going down to see his head office and spend the day/night there. i'm staying in orlando, not surprisingly!!
well the original plan (pre miami) was to pick up the hire car sunday morning, then go to seaworld on sunday, and the mall/walmart/gun range on monday.
i'm still going to seaworld on sunday, then i might go to the mall if i can pry myself away from disney on the monday.
well what i'm getting at is that is it sad that i've spent the last half hour finding out the opening hours for seaworld on the sunday, realised i cant go to the mall afterwards because it closes at 6, cant go to walmart to stock up on soda and snacks because that closes at 6 too, but then found the closest publix, then got excited that its open til 10, so i can go to seaworld, get groceries, and be back at ASM by 7 ish ready to get the bus to MK for EMH til 11pm!!!
i need to get a life and stop overplanning............

It's not sad! It's the fun in planning a vacation at Disney World! There is no such thing as overplanning when it comes to that place. Now you can do everything you want!

i'm looking forward to being able to walk round MK and take hundreds of photos and go on the good rides without annoying gary!

he's a wus!!
so i think i've got it sussed, on the sunday after we get there, we will be at DTD car rental place at 8am (jetlag will ensure this!), we'll sort both cars out, gary'll head to miami (staying overnight, will prob be back about 8pm on monday), i'll head to seaworld, spend all day there.
it closes at 6pm, will go to publix (there's one 6 minutes away) and stock up, should be back at ASM by latest of 7-7.30, dump the shopping then hop the bus to MK for EMH!! its open til 11pm for resort guests!!
if i get back from shopping/seaworld early enough, i might hit epcot for an hour or so for a photo tour, then get the monorail over to MK!
then monday it'll probably be AK for EMH in the morning, then the mall if i can tear myself away from disney for long enough!

Disney is the one place in the whole world where I'd be 100% happy to go on my own, so i plan on making the most of the time there! I kinda feel guilty going on all the rides and leaving Gary on his own outside, so going to make the most of the time on my own, I'll be hitting all the good rides and the single rider queues!

Well, even if he were there with you, you'd probably be doing these rides by yourself anyway right? Better to take advantage of it!

Lainey, I'm reading Midnight Sun right now, online. It's Twilight from Edward's perspective. It was never finished. Have you read it?

I've never been one for going to Disney and sitting in the room, so planning on making the most of it!
plus it winds Gary up when i keep stopping to take photos! Don't they know that us Disney maniacs love to take loads of photos?!

Aren't most guys? I could drop Joe off in the Mexico showcase in front of the margarita stand. Drop Gary off on the other side of World Showcase and they could meet in the middle lol.

jen yeah i have read Midnight Sun stephanie meyers posted it on her site after it was leaked and i wish she would finish it i loved ti it helps you understand how he is in Twilight and i think she gave a copy of it to Rob to get into character for Twilight, Oh my mom got me a shirt to wear to the New Moon Midnight showing is says "This Bella Married her Edward" greg likes it but he refuses to wear one that sayd "I'm her Edward" he looked at my mom like she had a 3rd eye when she asked him if he would wear one that said that.
hey guys i know i said that i would post pictures of my shower but i have a problem i cant remember where i put my moms camera and it isnt that cheap of a camera and if i cant find it i am TOAST!!!
Airtran sent greg a message telling us that our flight time on both of our flights has been changed our flight our changed from Departing at 8:45am to 8:22 which means we will have more time at MGM and our flight home changed from 3:21 pm to 4:20pm so greg and i are actually happy about the changes it gives us more time to got to the park and not feel rushed and we can get some extra stuff in the shops at the airport.

i wish delta would bring my connecting flight forward, i have 4 hours 45 minutes to wait in atlanta airport
