I'm well on my way to created a few door signs! I want to make one for my GF too. And, I am going to fill up any other white pages I have with little doo-dad magnets too. Might as well use the paper I bought!

So, is there anything traditional people use to distinguish that they are disboard members? (Is there a secret handshake I should know about? LOL!).

Did anyone want to make plans to at least meet for a drink or something? I know I'm very new here, but seems like there are some great people here! And, I'm thinking it WILL be hard to find anyone by chance on this big boat.

We are also on Deck 2 aft, port side -- just down from sftnslky. We have connecting rooms 2138 and 2140.

Very cool...There are actully three families going..so we have cabins...2131, 2132 and 2133 so...we are right down the hall from you guys I got alot done yesteray and today..so I'm feeling a little less stressed..lol but I haven't checked my to do list lately..so I'm scared what it will say Have a nice Saturday evening all...

Yes, wear white mittens, a ten gallon hat and yellow rain boots.

Seriously, some groups will wear lime green on their person or wear lime green shirts, it's kind of the Disboard color. I don't know how that started. I'm not a "Disney" person, so if it has something to do with Disney I'm not aware of that. That being said, many Disboard members don't make a point of wearing the green. Last year, many of our thread members did. We all scarfed up the lime green Mickey paint chips from the Home Depot and made them into stickers, magnets, pins, etc.

Valerie ran a poll on a time and day to meet but I don't think we picked a location.

Hi All

We're busy starting on the packing here. I can't believe we only have 5 days left to get it all done!! I'm having a harder time packing for my 2 kids who are staying at Grandma & Grandpa's for a few days and then the other Gramdma's for the rest of the time.

We'll be on deck 7 in 7592, first time in a Cat 5. We also have late seating, anybody else? Since we have to fly in from CA we're coming in Friday night and staying at the Hyatt, we'll be on the first bus to Port Canaveral Saturday morning!

My oldest DS is celebrating his 18th b-day on 9/23. We will be having dinner at Palo's to celebrate. My youngest DS will be celebrating is 13th b-day on 9/30.

We chose the early seating for dinner - I thought it would be better for our younger crew. And, we are flying in on the day of - KEEP fingers crossed that our TWO FLIGHTS ARE ON TIME! We are supposed to land in ORL at 11am.

We live just outside of Orlando, so we are just driving to the port from home in the morning.

Hello!

Been a long time since I dropped in.... we have been making our way from Alaska to Kansas. My 3 yr old can recognize a Comfort Inn from a mile away. lol

Moving is strange enough... moving and planning a cruise is much more exciting. Now just trying to line up a place to live after we get back from the cruise... then I will be able to really relax.

We will also be staying at the Hyatt the night before the cruise. Then two nights after at the Dolphin to relax.

Great chart Monica! Is anyone going to the parks after the cruise? We are staying at the Contemporary for 3 nights after our cruise. I figure a WDW trip can help ease the sadness of leaving the ship!

I honestly don't know, can I? I was told I would find out when we get to our stateroom. I wasn't able to request a preference when I booked either.
