Non-stop from Orlando to Seattle and very reasonable...get an Alaska Airlines VIsa and get a companion fare immediately.....fares to Canada are more and I donot know if they are non-stop....but I would start with Alaska Air ..they are the best maybe not as cheap as SWA.
Can anyone give me some info on what hotel in Vancouver we should stay at that is closest to the port and what airlines seems to be the best from Orlando, Fl. So much easier when we cruise out from our home town.![]()
Assuming the ship leaves from Canada Place, there are a lot of pricey hotels in downtown Vancouver. We have stayed at the Westin Bayshore twice, and most recently at the Hampton Inn. The most convenient hotel is the Pan Pacific - which is inside Canada Place. It is one of the more expensive hotels in Vancouver, but Disney cruisers ought to be used to paying top dollar!![]()
I seriously don't think it is a glitch. We faxed in a request to move a "dummy" reservation to the PC at 2:00 p.m. At 2:30 p.m. the PC cruise was showing up in my previous cruise section and is still there. It replaced our most recent 7 night cruise and not our 4 night or the first 7 night (perhaps because I requested the same room number as the most recent cruise?). I am going to hold out hope that we get a confirmation so I don't have to scramble on Monday morning.

Does anyone know if DCL will be offering a airfare/hotel package for the Alaska Cruise that we can add on to our May 31, 2011 booking?
My guess is yes. However, I have been able to find better airfare myself than what Disney quotes. I saved over a thousand dollars for our family on the Med trip by booking air myself. Just make sure you compare their quote with what you can do on your own - unless of course money is no object. In that case, please pass some my way!!

Thanks for that!!! I was debating between a 4b and 5c & 11b, and that price difference doesn't make it enough for me to do it. My kids will be 13 and 10, and that 350 extra is worth it for me to know that they come back to bed!!!!On Monday (Sep 21), had TA book Alaska for July 26, 2011
C05A 4A $8092.52 [no xfrs / no ins / includes taxes fees]
On Tuesday (Sep 22), changed booking (same date)
C05B 2A $4865.26 [no xfrs / no ins / includes taxes fees / includes 10% from OBB]
C11A 2A $2869.26 [no xfrs / no ins / includes taxes fees]
From 4 adults in one room to DH and DW having the Verandah and two DS in the Inside Stateroom.
Saved $358 and gained an extra bathroom and more real estate.

There is a Vancouver FAQ thread that has a lot of what you are (and will be) looking for!How do you recommend getting from Seattle to Vancouver? Are one way car rentals common between the US and Canada?
***For Alaska cruises.***
I see some people have quotes that include transfers. Are the transfers only from Vancouver airport or does it include other airports?
Seattle or Bellingham airport would be nice![]()
