Posted this on another thread, re 8am 31st internet service.


If you log in and go to the DCL website before 8am, either keep hitting the refresh button the two green arrows at the top or under TOOLS make sure inadvance the internet option is always set for obtaining the newest screen each time, or keep deleteing internet history.

If you do not do this your computer will keep the previous screen in its memory and will show tat, not the updated screen.

I would confirm the internet service crashed badley in 2004 for 2005, and in 2005 for 2006 slowed down at times and rejected credit card payments at the end after doing everything. Also if the payment is higher than you usaully make let your credi tcard provider know in advance to expect the payment you do not want them to do a security check on it and stop it.

Cartegena

Whilst in Cartegena last time we were told by our tour guide of an interesting story. She was speaking to us during climbing a large mountain next to the city and port.

It has many winding bends and double bends. And very difficult for the driver.

We were told there had been a crash and another tour bus driver and a priest were involved in the accident, both went to heaven at the same time.

At the gates of heaven St Peter says, as they both came at the same time, the person who did the most for God will go in first.

The priest says that will be me then, no says Peter it’s the tour bus driver.

Why? Well when you are in Church only five people listen to you each Sunday.

The tour bus driver does two trips a day carrying fifty people each time, and as he comes up the Cartegena mountain everyone of them Prays and prays and prays.

Remember DCL shore trips will be available to book in advance!

I know we tend to spoil our baby a bit, but isn't that what kids are for??? They grow up way to fast, and we need to enjoy them while we can!!!

Hi gang of pirates! Just got home from a reaaaaalllllyyyy long day of dance competition. There were teams here from New Mexico and California.....I'm beat. Jordan's team came in third in her class, not bad.

Hi to all. I was holding off on deciding on this cruise until I heard the price on Wed but since it seems to be all I can think about, I am sure we will book unless the price is way way out there. We are transfering our res from 12/8/07 to this one. I am sad about waiting so long since we were finally below a year and now we are back up there again, oh well, it is twice as long.

Hello to all of my fellow "Cruisin Castaways", I have missed you all. Tina, you are killing me with these food pictures, I am on a diet and you are filling my head with all of these images! A special "Hello" to all of my friends from across the ocean. When we get closer we will have to work on the kids exchanging emails again.

The updates are great (I still end up reading all the posts but it is good for a quick update until I have time to catch up. Nice to meet you all!

Well I write with Bad News .....for the second time in 30 days my computer has crashed again ...Last time my computer lost both hard drives ....I have a sony and it runs in raid zero so its like 2 hard drives running as one ...anyway off in the morning to the techs to see if it can be repaired ...Last time I lost everything I had on my hard drive ...I am Hoping that I didnt lose everything again ....If I did Lisa when I get back up and running I sure hope you kept the PSD files of the logos and or banners that I sent you , otherwise I am going to have to redo them over again .....This sucks ...in a bad way ...

Anyway , hopefully I can check in from the lap top ...Have to work fast to be up and running by Wednesday ....Now I am stressed to no end ......eeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr

Take What you Can !!! Just dont take my Hard Drive ......

Sorry to hear about this Captain, I've gone through this a few times myself, and each time I got heartsick thinking of the things I lost, only to have to start all over again. Best of luck to you, I hope it all works out!!!
