Sorry to read this. Hope you have a nice weekend! I’ve had days like that too, where the stress just builds up. Some people try meditation, others just scream into a pillow and call it therapy. For me, self-care can be as simple as doing my hair with something like luvme hair extensions and treating myself.
lol a lot of times I didn’t wait to go home and scream. I used to drive work truck thank goodness it didn’t have a dash am with sound lol or if it was really bad there would be a large open container dumpster and we could go smash stuff in it. That was always good.
My daughter and her husband both teach special needs children. My grandson-iin-law works with emotional disturbed kids. Believe me, they have those days quite often. It's perfectly OK to vent your frustration.
